As a Harley Street Weight Loss Specialist, helping mind and body is my thing. Over the last 10 years, my Slimpod Gold programme has helped thousands of people to lose weight, gain confidence and love the skin that they are in.
During this time many bloggers have joined the programme, keeping a digital journal of their progress over the course of 12-weeks. The digital blogs have been extremely helpful and motivational for them - they are not just describing the journey on the blog, but their posts have helped to shape their journey too.
In my session, I will be talking about using a blog or a journal to track a weight loss or other transformation process. I will be talking about the power of forming daily habits, and how journalling can help keep you on the right path when things get tough.
